Refund Policy

The Cliburn Shop does not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds for items purchased online or at pop-up shops. All sales are final.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate and resolve the issue.
