ONLINE – To order online, please select the item you wish to purchase and follow the directions for completing your order. Online purchases are with credit card only. We are unable to process international orders online because of the difficulty in processing shipping costs for destinations outside the United States. We will be delighted to fill international orders sent to us by mail, fax, phone, or email.

Online orders must be paid with credit card.For phone or mail orders,we accept payment by check or money order payable to Van Cliburn Foundation in U.S.dollars drawn on a U.S.bank, as well as by credit cards.We are able to process the following credit cards:American Express,Discover,MasterCard,Visa. Please do not send cash or international money orders.
SHIPPING
Shipping and handling charges are $4.00 for the first item and $1.50 for each additional item.For shipping outside the United States,please contact the Office Manager at 817.738.6536 or at clistaff@cliburn.org.Merchandise is shipped within 7 to 10 business days after the payment is processed. Christmas orders must be placed by December 14, 2010.
SALES TAX
Texas residents must add 8.25% sales tax to all orders.
