How to
Order
Online: Orders may be placed online by
following the prompts. Online orders require payment by credit card. For other
payment methods, please see below for alternative ordering methods. Due to variations in shipping costs,
international orders may be placed by phone, mail, or fax. Please see below for
instructions.
Telephone: Orders may be
placed by telephone by contacting the office manager at 817.738.6536 during
business hours.
Mail: Orders may be placed by mail by
completing an ORDER FORM and mailing it to the following address:

Payment
Methods
We accept American Express, Discover,
MasterCard, and Visa. Except for online orders, we accept payment by check or
money order made payable to the Cliburn (must be drawn on a U.S. financial institution).
We are unable to accept international money orders. We are unable to accept
cash by any method other than at the Cliburn office.
Shipping
and Handling
A shipping and handling charge is added to
all domestic orders amounting to $4.00 for the first item and $1.50 for each
additional item. For international shipping, please contact the office manager
at 817.738.6536 or at clistaff@cliburn.org. Orders are shipped within 7 to 10
business days after payment is processed.
Discount
Members of the Cliburn receive a 10% discount on all merchandise. Please contact the office manager at 817.738.6536 or at clistaff@cliburn.org for assistance.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be added to all
orders by Texas residents.
